We provide a comprehensive Industrial Relations and Labour Law services, through our experienced Industrial Relations Practitioners.Our experienced Industrial Relations Practitioners are familiar with CCMA and Bargaining Councils processes and have represented various companies with success.

Industrial Relations Assistance is a hands-on organization and will visit your business to come spend time with your executives and senior management to discuss issues in relation to industrial relations matters. Monthly membership fee or retainer will be based on number of employees employed by the company and subject to reasonable negotiations.

Our Objectives

  • to represent and promote the interests of employers in all matters relating to employment and to endeavor to improve relations between employers and employees,
  • to assist, advise, represent and provide services to employers and to coordinate the actions of employers in all matters affecting employment relations,
  • to provide legal assistance to members on matters affecting the relationship between themselves and their employees or trade unions.
